I can't say that I am in total agreement with today's meditation to be honest!
I do have a penchant for a nice Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Champagne, for those special occasions, which does come at a price! I may be nothing more than a filter, but I will sometimes enjoy the finer things in life on occasion. My motto is more like You only live once, so enjoy every day as though it was your last!
In trading terms we pay for what is useful and valuable to us, to be able to trade the way that we do. You can treat these as your costs for running your business. As long as they pay for themselves, then they are worth it!
Some will swear by subscribing to Bet Angel, because they use automation, while others maybe don't use any form of trading software and just use the Betfair website and the cash out option.
I personally use Geeks Toy and I purchased a lifetime licence, a number of years ago, so it doesn't have a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription and it has paid for itself many times over. My only subscription to aid my trading, is to Proform Racing, as this is perfect for my horse racing strategy, which I developed using Proform's stats/data and it more than pays for itself! For football, I have been using Sports IQ since it's inception in March 2024 and this is great, because you can set up your football strategies, with the correct filters that you require. Horse racing has also been a fantastic addition to Sports IQ, with more sports to be added in the future too and it is already fantastic value for money!
Everything that is on TTM is freely available to everyone, which makes it the best place to learn, evolve and develop on your trading journey, through the numerous channels. There is always some friendly advice, whenever you need it, which can be invaluable, especially when you are starting out and learning to trade, or maybe trying out a new strategy etc.
Finally, I hope that some of you have enjoyed reading these daily journals which I have been writing since the 1st January 2023; when I challenged myself to write one every day for the full year! I have managed to meet that challenge and some! There are only 7 days to go until the end of year three!
