What's Truly Impressive

A tough one to compare today's meditation to trading.
As traders we are not out to impress others of our trading exploits; we go about our business quietly and let the noise come from the tipsters and those trying to sell you the latest unbelievably successful system, that you just can't afford to miss out on!
We don't covet massive profits; we are happy to be slowly and consistently improving day by day, as we get more and more accustomed to using our strategies correctly and managing them to completion.
We certainly don't need to impress anyone other than ourselves! If we can stick to the rules/criteria for our strategies 100% of the time and cut any potential losses at our agreed monetary exit point, we will be:
1) Protecting our bank
2) Consistent in the execution of our trades
3) Regularly improving and becoming more confident
4) Achieving long term profitability
5) Developing a feeling of self satisfaction from what we are achieving during our trading journey.
This is "what's truly impressive"...to us.
