I can't really compare today's meditation to trading. We have rules/criteria for our strategies, that must be fully met to qualify as a viable trade. We then manage that trade to it's completion.
Maybe you can "turn it inside out" if a trade goes wrong and you didn't exit before it became unmanageable. Dissecting where you went wrong, to avoid making the same mistake again in the future.
