Today's meditation is quite deep and powerful and we should hopefully never have to go through such pain and torture that those guys endured, in our lifetime!
It does show how powerful the mind is to be able to show such bravery and resist giving in, even with that amount of pain and suffering and to try to compare that to trading, pales into insignificance! Trading all of a sudden becomes a breeze and there can be no comparison whatsoever!
It is certainly something to think about and it demonstrates how lucky we are in this day and age, when as traders we are only having to train our mind, to be patient, disciplined and make the right choices on our trading journey.
