Today's meditation is really quite a tough one to compare to trading.

If we can keep our focus and desire to keep on keeping on. If we can trade, day in day out, rinse and repeat. If we can stick to the rules/criteria for our strategies 100% of the time. If we can fully manage our trades to completion. If we can stay calm in the heat of the battle. If we can do all of this and more; then our trading light within us will shine brightly and give us the appetite to keep going, as we strive to become the best the we possibly can be.

Don't give up; keep working hard every day. You've got this!
