Washing Away The Dust Of Life

Today's meditation isn't something we can compare to trading and it's really more about looking at the bigger picture of life in general and it's a sobering thought to forget about life's pressures and going into relax or even meditation mode.
One thing I would add, is that this definitely reminds me of one of my favourite quotes; "peaceful mind, peaceful life" and this can most certainly help with our mindset for trading. Being at peace with your trading, regardless of what you are having to deal with, is a great tool to add to your trading armoury.
