Don't Let Your Attention Slide
"When you let your attention slide for a bit, don't think you will get back a grip on it whenever you wish — instead, bear in mind that because of today's mistake everything that follows will be necessarily worse. . . . Is it possible to be free from error? Not by any means, but it is possible to be a person always stretching to avoid error. For we must be content to at least escape a few mistakes by never letting our attention slide."

Today's meditation is another one that we can compare to trading!
It is vital that we trade with zero distractions, so that we are fully focused on the job in hand and "in the zone" during every trade that we make.
We have found trades that fully meet the rules/criteria for our strategies and it is then our responsibility to execute and manage those trades to completion with no interruptions. This way we can give it our full attention to be able to act decisively and without hesitation should we need to.
As it says in the last line of today's meditation; "Your attention is one of your most critical resources. Don't squander it!"
So make sure you have no distractions or interruptions when trading and "don't let your attention slide"
